The personal data of the User is collected:

Directly from the User from direct electronic contribution through the completion of forms found on www.ivirtuosidelloperadiroma.com. Data includes name, surname, email address etc. from www.ivirtuosidelloperadiroma.com with cookies. End Scope of Personal Information and Communication

Personal data provided by User will be used for navigational purposes as already mentioned, and for the following purposes:

  1. Collection, storage and processing of data of both operational and administrative management related to the contractual provision of services;
  2. Use of data to send communication via email, telephone or SMS with respect to the contractual established relationship;
  3. Compliance with legal obligations of regulations;
  4. Collection, storage and processing of data to perform anonymous statistical analysis;
  5. Delivery of emails containing informative and advertising material from www.ivirtuosidelloperadiroma.com with products or services or products or services related to www.ivirtuosidelloperadiroma.com, with the exception of Users who have denied service;

Musica&Musica S.r.l.  will send you commercial offers referred to in point f) of this article. Musica&Musica S.r.l.  is committed to ensuring that the personal data provided will not be disclosed and will be treated with appropriate procedures to ensure the safety and confidentiality of data as well as to prevent unauthorized access to data. Personal data and information provided by users can be communicated with the scope of purposes mentioned above, with the following categories subject to change:

-employees and/or collaborators who provide assistance or consultancy to Musica&Musica S.r.l. in the areas of Administrative, Product, Legal and/or Customer Care, Information Systems, as well as network, hardware or software maintenance;
-subjects who have access to the data are subject by law or by order of authority;
-subjects delegated and/or commissioned by data controllers to carry out activities related to the provision of serviced provided;
-subjects delegated and/or commissioned by data controllers to carry out activities related to provisions of list of names of which personal User data may be communicated from the Holder by writing to [email protected]

Rights of the User

Users, through written request to the owner, can exercise the following rights: (I) receive confirmation of the existence of personal data, from the owner; (II) receive information regarding the origins of data, purpose and methods of treatment of data and logic applied through electronic means; (III) obtain the identity of the owner and data processors, if appointed; (IV) obtain information regarding the person or types of persons t whom the data may be communicated, and who can have access to the data as delegated representative in the State, managers or agents; (V) request a cancellation, a change to anonymous or block of data in violation of the law, as well as an update, revision or, if there is interest, an integration of data; (VI) confirmation that requests submitted from aforementioned (V) are made known, in regards to content such as to whom data was communicated or disclosed, with the exception of when such actions are not possible or involve use of conflicting, inappropriate means of protected rights; (VII) oppose processing of data entirely or in part, for legitimate reasons; (VIII) oppose the processing of data for advertising or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
