Personal data provided by User will be used for navigational purposes as already mentioned, and for the following purposes:
- Collection, storage and processing of data of both operational and administrative management related to the contractual provision of services;
- Use of data to send communication via email, telephone or SMS with respect to the contractual established relationship;
- Compliance with legal obligations of regulations;
- Collection, storage and processing of data to perform anonymous statistical analysis;

Personal data and information provided by users can be communicated with the scope of purposes mentioned above, with the following categories subject to change:
-employees and/or collaborators who provide assistance or consultancy to Musica&Musica S.r.l. in the areas of Administrative, Product, Legal and/or Customer Care, Information Systems, as well as network, hardware or software maintenance;
-subjects who have access to the data are subject by law or by order of authority;
-subjects delegated and/or commissioned by data controllers to carry out activities related to the provision of serviced provided;

Rights of the User
